Scott serves as Region President at Fortress Pest Brands, where he oversees regional operations, supports the integration and growth of Fortress's local brands, and works closely with leadership teams to drive operational performance and customer growth.

Prior to Fortress, Scott joined Neuse Termite & Pest Control as Vice President in 2020. During his tenure, he became involved in nearly every aspect of the company, leveraging his strategic background to drive growth while maintaining Neuse's tradition of exceptional customer service. Before entering the pest control industry, Scott served as a licensed CPA at a public accounting firm and later transitioned to corporate finance in the private sector for a billion-dollar company.

Scott holds dual bachelor's degrees from North Carolina State University in Accounting and Business Administration.
