Rob Weddle

Rob joined Fortress Pest Brands as Chief Executive Officer in 2026 following the merger of Senate Termite and Neuse Termite. In this role, he leads the integration of the combined platform, strengthens operational capabilities, and executes Fortress's growth strategy.

Prior to Fortress, Rob spent two decades in franchising, culminating in his role as CEO of Authority Brands, a leading multi-brand services franchisor he helped form in 2017. Under his leadership, the company executed eleven brand acquisitions and completed a successful exit to Apax Partners.

Rob holds a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
