Josh Stuart

Josh joined Fortress Pest Brands as Chief Financial Officer in 2026, where he leads the finance organization across the platform, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and building the infrastructure to support Fortress's growth.

Prior to Fortress, Josh spent nearly a decade at DiversiTech Corporation, a national HVAC equipment manufacturer, where he held progressively senior finance roles. He built out the company's FP&A function, led finance transformation and integration efforts across multiple acquisitions, and rose to Director of Finance.

Josh holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
